Executive Coaching

For those seeking to effectively enhance their leadership impact, or accelerate their transition into a new position.

Executive Coaching is a developmental approach to making a shift in a leader’s effectiveness in their current situation, or preparing for future larger roles, to ultimately reach their leadership impact and career goals.  Data on current effectiveness is used to target development goals that matter most.

When joining a new organization or taking a significant new role within the current organization, Executive Coaching will focus on accelerating the transition with a structured onboarding approach to integrating into the new team and role.

Includes

  • 1:1 coaching calls over 8 months, working on specific strategies towards development objectives, with email and text access in between scheduled calls.

  • Input and alignment check-ins with the leader’s sponsor team (e.g., direct manager, HR leader, or whomever is critical in supporting the leader’s development) – at the beginning, middle and end of the coaching engagement.

  • Review of the leader’s recent feedback (from existing 360s, assessments or performance reviews) for the creation of development objectives, or completion of an Executive 360 to collect current data.

  • Comprehensive onboarding plan if the leader is beginning a new role and optional facilitated team alignment session.
  • Development recommendations – strategies, tools, readings and other resources. 


Personal Effectiveness Coaching

For those seeking to generally get better results in work and in life.

Personal Effectiveness Coaching is for those interested in exploring general topics related to becoming a better learner with a growth mindset, managing themselves and their relationships, or generally getting better results.  

Includes

  • 1:1 coaching calls at a recommended cadence of weekly for the first month then bi-weekly.

  • Email and text access in between scheduled coaching calls.

  • + Plus development recommendations – strategies, tools, readings and other resources.

  • Two options:
    1. Jump Start Your Development through 9 coaching calls, typically spanning about 4 months. 
    2. Your Development Journey spans 7 months and includes as many 1:1 coaching calls as needed (typically ~16).
