  • Elevate your thinking to elevate your results.

  • Learn to human better, because better humans make better leaders.

  • What’s your superpower? Let me help you find it.

I work with leaders to help them think more expansively about themselves, their work, relationships, and their lives… to help them elevate their thinking to see beyond the day-to-day, and envision where they could have greater impact and influence.

Typically, clients seek out a coach during personal or organizational inflection points, after some ‘disruption’ in their daily routine, like a new role, new feedback, new goals, or a new realization they are not fulfilled in their lives. Our work together is an opportunity to explore ways of navigating and maximizing those inflection points.

How can I help you?

What impact am I making as a leader on people around me?

An Executive 360 is a comprehensive look at a leader’s differentiating strengths, and leadership growth opportunities (or even potential blind spots), to ensure a very targeted development plan dialed-in to what matters most.

  • Includes a deep review of that leader’s background, input from 15+ people whose input matters most, additional assessments selected based on the leader’s objectives (e.g., Hogan Leadership Suite, Table Group Team Assessment, etc.), a comprehensive written report of findings and development recommendations, plus 3 months of coaching towards development goals.
How can I most effectively enhance my leadership impact?

Executive Coaching is a developmental approach to making a shift in a leader’s effectiveness in their current situation, or preparing for future larger roles, to ultimately reach their leadership impact and career goals. Includes:

  • Input and alignment check-ins with the leader’s sponsor team (e.g., direct manager, HR leader, or whomever is critical in supporting the leader’s development) – at the beginning, middle and end of the coaching engagement.
  • Review of the leader’s recent feedback (from existing 360s, assessments or performance reviews) for the creation of development objectives.
  • Development recommendations – strategies, tools, and resources.
  • Up to 20 1:1 coaching calls over 6-8 months, working on specific strategies towards those development objectives, with unlimited email and text contacts in between.
How can I accelerate my impact in a new role?

Onboarding Transition coaching is for leaders new to an organization, or to a significant new role within their current organization, a structured approach to help accelerate their integration into the team and role. Includes:

  • Input and check-ins with the leader’s sponsor team (e.g., direct manager, HR leader, or whomever is critical in supporting the leader’s integration) – at the beginning, middle and end of the coaching engagement.
  • Includes guidance on their onboarding plan, ensuring a comprehensive approach; up to 15 1:1 coaching calls over 4 months, with unlimited email and text contacts in between.
  • A facilitated team alignment meeting.
How can I generally get better results in my work and life?

Personal Effectiveness Coaching is for those interested in exploring general topics related to becoming a better learner with a growth mindset, managing themselves and their relationships, or generally getting better results.

  • Includes 12 1:1 coaching calls over 6 months, with unlimited email and text contacts in between, plus development recommendations – strategies, tools, and resources.

Meet me on the balcony.

Becoming a more impactful and influential leader requires a journey of learning and new perspective-taking.  Coaching helps you “step out of the parade and up onto the balcony” to see situations from an expanded viewpoint, and thus positions you to make better decisions.  The ability to also observe “from the balcony” our inner world and our impact on the outer world (a.k.a. self-awareness), then make more effective choices based on those observations, is an absolute superpower.
