I work with leaders to help them think more expansively about themselves, their work, relationships, and their lives… to help them elevate their thinking to see beyond the day-to-day, and envision where they could have greater impact and influence.
Typically, clients seek out a coach during personal or organizational inflection points, after some ‘disruption’ in their daily routine, like a new role, new feedback, new goals, or a new realization they are not fulfilled. Our work together is an opportunity to explore ways of navigating and maximizing those inflection points.
How can I help you?

It may also include 360 feedback on one’s impact on other people, or focus on onboarding when beginning a new position.

Meet me on the balcony.
Becoming a more impactful and influential leader requires a journey of learning and new perspective-taking. Coaching helps you “step out of the parade and up onto the balcony” to see situations from an expanded viewpoint, and thus positions you to make better decisions. The ability to also observe “from the balcony” our inner world and our impact on the outer world (a.k.a. self-awareness), then make more effective choices based on those observations, is an absolute superpower.
